Anthony Riha is an ISS ESG trained board governance and ESG advisory specialist with 15+ years of institutional shareholder engagement, M&A ESG risk analysis, and corporate governance advisory across Asia-Pacific. He has worked with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and the Monetary Authority of Singapore on sustainable bond certification frameworks, and has keynoted at the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), the Asian Corporate Governance Association (ACGA), and the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE/TDCC).
At Alliance Advisors International he served as Senior Vice President for M&A and Sustainability Asia-Pacific, with full P&L responsibility and expertise in ESG risk analysis at the Climate Action 100+ standard across six Asia-Pacific countries. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), has CFA Institute ESG Investing certification in progress, and MIT Agentic AI certification in progress.
